Pambula Beach

Pambula Beach – Sapphire Coast NSW

Pambula Beach is at the southern end of the Merimbula Beach. Approx. 4 km’s further south. Similar to the Merimbula end, Pambula beach has everything a family would want. Great amenities, nearby Caravan Park, close by shops and of course one of the most spectacular beaches on the South Coast of NSW.

Where is Pambula Beach? About a 4 minutes’ drive from the main town centre. From the Princess Hwy head into Bullara St which leads to  Pambula Beach Rd. You can’t miss it.

Swimming The beach is well patrolled. With plenty of amenities, including toilets, BBQ areas and playgrounds, it’s an ideal swimming location for young families. Keep care as the waves can pick up a little  with a strong wind. The rips can be quiet strong outside the patrolled area.

Fishing The entrance to Pambula River is the best spot. Tailor, flathead, bream, whiting, luderick are the dominate species. Best time around dusk throughout the summer months.

Picnic – Plenty of amenities. Perfect spot for a picnic.
