Established in 1891, The ABC Cheese Factory and was the first cheese co-operative in New South Wales.
Still waxed at the ABC Cheese Factory and is sold exclusively through their shop. Tastings of their cheeses are available at any time.
The cheese is made from the milk from the local Jerseys cows. Jersey cows are used as they produce milk high in butter fat and protein, thus giving off a delicious strong taste.
Free samples that are laid out explain what each cheese has to offer, and if you want to purchase some the staff are all too helpful to ensure you get what it is you want.
Cheeses include,Herb and Garlic, Kalamata,Garlic Chili and Paprika, Firecracker, Vintage pepper, Cream Blue, Vintage Smoked and more.
Other than cheese there is also a large range of honeys, Jams, fudges, deleicous ice cream, and various fudges.
