Where is Boulder? Northern section of the Bournda National Park, approx. 15 minutes drive from Tathra. Only accessible through the Kangarutha Walking Track.

Swimming – Due to the abundance of aquatics life this beach is perfect for snorkelling and diving. Not great for beach swimming due to the rocky conditions. Be careful as this beach is very isolated and clearly not patrolled.

Fishing – Great fishing, however the rocks can create a lot of snags. Best using floaters. Bream, Mullaway, Leatherjacket are frequent throughout the bay. Best time of day at dawn.

Picnic – difficult to get to, and no amenities. If you’re prepared to make the effort, it’s a beautiful part of the Bournda National Park. Keep an eye out for the White Bellied Sea eagle.
